I just placed an order for same-day delivery, when should I expect it?

Orders placed before 420pm will be delivered the same day and you will receive an eta once your order is packed and ready for delivery.

I’m not sure if my address applies for same-day delivery.

We deliver to North Van, West Van, Richmond, Delta, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam and Coquitlam, Surrey and more. If you live outside one of these areas or are unsure if your address is within our local area please contact us at owocanada@gmail.com

What is your return policy?

No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

In the event of an issue, please contact us at  owocanada@gmail.com to allow us an opportunity to remedy the situation.

You accepted my payment, when will my order be shipped? Hurry up!

We do our best to ship orders the same day that we process your payment. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

I haven’t received an ETA for my delivery, is it still coming?

Yes!  If you have not received notification of a time frame to expect your package in please contact us at owocanada@gmail.com

Why haven’t you accepted my e-Transfer payment yet? What gives?

Payments are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 24 hours for payment confirmation. 

Is your packaging discreet? I’m trying to be low-key…

All packages are shipped in standard mailers meant to blend in with everyday mail. There is no mention of owo or cannabis. Packages are vacuum-sealed to prevent odour.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our accepted payment methods are Interac e-Transfer or cash upon delivery for local orders. Click here for full instructions. We do not accept credit cards or PayPal.

My tracking information hasn’t activated yet. Is everything okay?

During weekdays, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. Canada Post operates Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Tracking information received on weekends or holidays will activate on the following business day.

Something seems wrong with my Canada Post shipment. What do I do?

Most issues are easily solved. If you suspect there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us at owocanada@gmail.com with your order number.

Please do not contact Canada Post before corresponding with us.

I haven’t received an email confirmation.

Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder in the event that our emails are not arriving in your inbox.

I placed an order through your site. Now what?

After completing the checkout process on our website, you’ll need to send your Interac e-Transfer payment before your order will be processed and shipped. View full payment details on our Payment Instructions page.
